Refer to the Filing Guide and Qualified Documents List to determine if a document is eligible for electronic submission.
eFiling is a file attachment process. Prepare your submission
in the same manner as you would if filing on paper. If you're
filing in a docketed proceeding(s), the document you submit
must include the docket number(s) applicable to your submission.
All documents must include the name and address of the person
responsible for the filing.
Privileged and Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) files may now be efiled under the appropriate Security tab on the File Upload Screen. Material subject to a Protective Order and material for which Protected treatment is requested may not be efiled.
The Commission does not accept comments or other documents on proceedings via email. There is a Quick Comment option for submitting text comments in P, PF, and CP dockets.
If you intend to file a Request for No-Action Letter,
you should not file electronically. Please follow the guidelines
in How to File a Request
for No-Action Letter.
