NGPA Section 311 Pipelines § 283.123

Intrastate Pipelines transporting natural gas on behalf of any:

• intrastrate, or
• local distribution pipelines

served by an interstate pipeline are subject to section 311(a)(1) of the Natural Gas Policy Act. These intrastate pipelines must file with the Commission:

• Rates and Charges, and
• A Statement of Operating Conditions (SOC) (tariff) pursuant to section 284.123 of the Commission’s regulations.
