March 31, 2014 – Archived Webcast of March 26, 2014 Technical Conference on Revisions to Electric Quarterly Report Filing Process.
The EQR allows public utilities to fulfill their responsibility under section 205(c) of the FPA to have rates on file in a convenient form and place. Non-public utilities above the de minimis threshold will file EQRs to meet the requirements under section 220 of the FPA beginning in the third quarter of 2013. Commission Orders & Notices offer detail on current EQR policies and requirements.
How to File Electronically - Beginning with filings for the third quarter of 2013, EQR filers must use the revised EQR filing system. Accordingly, filings beginning with EQRs due for the third quarter of 2013 should reflect the requirements set forth in Order Nos. 768, 768A, and 770.
