About FERC Office of the Executive Director
The Enterprise Planning and Coordination (EPAC) Staff is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in coordinating and planning FERC's strategic and risk management program; preparing, evaluating and reporting on the Commission's performance measures; and overseeing OED's internal program activities. EPAC advises and makes recommendations for improvement regarding management control systems, financial management, operational performance, and administrative processes. EPAC provides advisory support to assist in managing linkages between projects, identifying and controlling overall costs and mitigating comprehensive program risks.
