Office of the Executive Director
The Chief Security Office oversees all aspects of security to include: law enforcement protective service operations, personnel security, physical security, and insider threat activities. The office develops and manages full spectrum safety and emergency preparedness programs to include continuity of operations plans (COOP), occupant emergency plans (OEP), and the administration of the Commission’s occupational safety and health (OSH) programs. The CSO also provides Commission-wide oversight, guidance, coordination, and advocacy for national security information related activities and facilities. Finally, the office is responsible for continuously evaluating and modifying its security, safety, and intelligence programs to ensure their effectiveness, compliance with government regulations, and coordination with local, state, federal and private partners.
