Acting Chairman LaFleur Announces Staff Changes Cheryl LaFleur, Acting Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission), announced the following staff changes today:

• Max Minzner has decided to leave the agency to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Minzner has been an integral part of the Commission’s work over the past several years, including in the Office of Enforcement, as an advisor to Chairman Norman Bay, and as the agency’s General Counsel.
• David Morenoff has been named General Counsel, effective immediately. Mr. Morenoff previously served as both Acting General Counsel and General Counsel, and most recently as Deputy General Counsel.
