The Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) requires federal agencies to submit public information collection requests to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval before information can be collected. Reginfo.gov  provides up-to-date access to the Commission’s current OMB-approved information collection inventory and pending requests for OMB approval. Pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and OMB’s implementing regulations at 5 CFR Part 1320, the Commission continues to display the OMB Control Numbers and expiration dates directly on forms and other information collections where it is appropriate to do so.
