Commissioner Christie’s Concurrence to Order Accepting Revisions to Duke’s Local Planning Process, ER24-874

The NCUC and the NCUC Public Staff filed joint responses to my request in my concurrence to the Commission’s December 29, 2023 order rejecting Duke’s prior filing.[1]  I note that neither the NCUC nor the NCUC Public Staff opposes Duke’s current filing.  Therefore, I concur.

For these reasons, I respectfully concur.
