E-7 | Salsa Solar Energy, LLC and Towner Wind Energy III LLC v. Public Service Company of Colorado, Docket No. EL24-50-000

ORDER DENYING COMPLAINT

The order denies a complaint by Salsa Solar Energy, LLC and Towner Wind Energy III LLC alleging that Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo) is processing their provisional interconnection service requests improperly, in violation of PSCo’s Open Access Transmission Tariff and Business Practice Manual as well as the Commission’s open access policies.

E-9 | North American Electric Reliability Corp., Docket Nos. RD25-1-000, RD25-2-000, RD25-3-000

COMMISSION LETTER ORDER

The order approves NERC’s newly defined term “inverter-based resource” and Reliability Standards PRC-028-1, PRC-002-5, and PRC-030-1; finding that they satisfy many of the Commission’s directives from Order No. 901 to establish performance requirements and requirements for sharing disturbance monitoring data and post-disturbance ramp rates for bulk electric system inverter-based resources.


E-10 | North American Electric Reliability Corp. Docket No. RD25-4-000

COMMISSION LETTER ORDER

The order approves NERC’s newly defined term “extreme temperature assessment” and new Reliability Standard TPL-008-1; finding that they satisfy the Commission’s directives from Order No. 896 to address transmission system planning for extreme heat and extreme cold weather events.


E-11 | DTE Electric Company, Docket No. IN79-6-000

ORDER GRANTING WAIVER

The order grants DTE Electric Company’s request for waiver of the requirement to respond to Questions 3 through 8 of the Form 580 – Interrogatory on Fuel and Energy Purchase Practices.
