Order Granting Accounting Request

This order grants Southern California Edison Company’s request to modify its Allowance for Funds Used During Construction rate to exclude short-term debt that is not related to construction activities consistent with the California Public Utilities Commission’s approval for borrowed funds related to certain: (1) energy procurement hedging activities; and (2) wildfire self-insurance programs.

This order grants the request of 90FI 8me LLC for an order directing San Diego Gas & Electric to provide transmission service pursuant to section 211 of the Federal Power Act.

Proposed and Final Order Directing THE PROVISION OF TRANSMISSION SERVICE

This order grants the request of Compass Energy Storage LLC for an order directing San Diego Gas & Electric to provide transmission service pursuant to section 211 of the Federal Power Act.

ORDER ADDRESSING ARGUMENTS ON REHEARING AND GRANTING CLARIFICATION, IN PART

In response to a request for rehearing and clarification, the order further explains and sustains the Commission’s findings in a December 31, 2024, order, which accepted a Distribution-Transmission Interconnection Agreement between ITC Midwest LLC and Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative.  The order also grants clarification, in part.

Order on Petition for Declaratory Order

This order grants Red Hills AssetCo LLC’s petition for a declaratory order seeking a determination that its portfolio of electric assets located wholly in the state of New Mexico are distribution assets.


H-1 | Desert Bloom Energy Storage LLC, Project No. 15364-001
ORDER ADDRESSING ARGUMENTS RAISED ON REHEARING

In response to a request for rehearing, the order further explains and sustains the January 31, 2025, decision to deny Desert Bloom Energy Storage LLC’s application for a successive preliminary permit application for the Desert Bloom Energy Storage Project located in Las Vegas in Clark County, Nevada.
