Screen Worksheet

Pursuant to Order No. 860, following the baseline submission deadline on February 1, 2022, Sellers will no longer be required to file the indicative market power screens in electronic spreadsheet format (e.g. .xls) through the eFiling system.  Instead, Sellers are required to provide their indicative market power screens through submissions to the MBR Database.  Sellers should include the Indicative Study IDs for their indicative screens in the narratives of their filings.  The Indicative Study IDs can be found in the first column of the indicative_pss and indicative_mss submitted data tables.  Sellers should, however, continue to submit any work papers underlying their indicative screens analysis in electronic spreadsheet format through the eFiling system.
