Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Norman C. Bay has announced the appointment of Judge Suzanne Krolikowski as a FERC Administrative Law Judge.

Since June 2015, Judge Krolikowski has served as an administrative law judge with the Social Security Administration in San Rafael, CA. Prior to that, she was an attorney-advisor for the Environmental Appeals Board with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She also served as an attorney-advisor in the Office of the General Counsel for the United States Department of Navy in Norfolk, VA.

“I am pleased to welcome Judge Krolikowski to FERC,” Chairman Bay said. “Her legal and technical background and experience is impressive and will be an asset to the FERC bench.”

Judge Krolikowski is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her law degree and a M.A. degree in Ecology. She also received a B.S. in Civil (Environmental) Engineering and Humanities from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA.
