Statement on the passing of Chairman Kevin McIntyre

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Chairman Kevin McIntyre. Chairman McIntyre had a profound impact on energy policy as a public servant and in private practice. He was much loved by his family, friends and colleagues. My condolences and prayers for the entire McIntyre family.
