DeLa Express LLC (DeLa Express) was authorized on April 15, 2024, to commence the pre-filing review process with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) for the DeLa Express Project, a natural gas pipeline project that will transport natural gas from Loving County, Texas to Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
