This four-hour seminar will be the first of its kind held by LNG engineering staff describing the LNG regulatory lifecycle.  The seminar will focus on the Guidance Manual for Environmental Report Preparation Volume II LNG Facility Resource Reports 11 and 13 and post-authorization regulatory reviews.  Topics will cover an introduction to LNG, regulatory oversight, hazard identification studies, hazardous release analyses, layers of protection reviews, reliability studies, and other associated engineering information.  Examples will be given for various submittal and reviews undertaken on certain engineering documentation.  The seminar is intended for FERC LNG project applicants, contractors, federal, state, and local agencies, and others with an interest in safety and reliability.
