As set forth in 18 CFR § 35.48(e)(1), the Pre-qualified List (“PQ List”) identifies cybersecurity investments that the Commission has determined would satisfy the eligibility criteria. Any cybersecurity investment on the PQ List would be entitled to a rebuttable presumption of eligibility for an incentive.
Prequalified List
- Cybersecurity investments associated with participation in the Cybersecurity Risk Information Sharing Program (CRISP); and
- Cybersecurity investments associated with internal network security monitoring within the utility’s cyber systems.
