The Equal Employment Opportunity and Civil Rights (EEOCR)  manages the Commission’s EEO and Disability programs, ensuring all employees and applicants for applicants for employment are treated fairly and without regard to race, color, sex (including pregnancy), age, religion, national origin, disability (mental or physical), genetic information or reprisal.  In addition EEOCR staff is tasked with adjudicating reasonable accommodation requests in accordance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
