The Equal Employment Opportunity and Civil Rights (EEOCR)  manages the Commission’s EEO programs, ensuring all employees and applicants for applicants for employment are treated fairly and without regard to race, color, sex (including pregnancy), age, religion, national origin, or disability (mental/physical) genetic information or reprisal.
