Pursuant to Order No. 860, Sellers are no longer required to submit an asset appendix through the eFiling system. Instead, Sellers are required to identify their own assets, and the assets of affiliates without market-based rate authority, through submissions to the MBR Database. The MBR Database will generate an asset appendix, and associated serial number, based on Seller submission. Sellers must use the serial number for their asset appendix in the narrative of their filings. Sellers must reference either their most recently created asset appendix, or an asset appendix created fewer than 15 days before they file.
