I concur with today’s Order on Certified Question[1] and write separately only to highlight my prior separate statement for the Initial Order.[2]  In my prior statement, I expressed misgivings with the Commission’s directive that Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. show cause why section 45 of its General Terms and Conditions of its tariff remains just and reasonable and not unduly discriminatory or preferential.[3]

For these reasons, I respectfully concur.
