I concur with today’s order affirming the Commission’s acceptance of Texas Eastern Transmission, LP’s revised tariff records and terminating the Commission’s show cause proceeding.[1]  I write separately to note that I have previously expressed concerns regarding the Commission’s orders on reservation charge credits.[2]

For these reasons, I respectfully concur.
