I agree with the decision[1] to modify and set aside the August 2021 Order.[2] I write separately to point out that I have expressed misgivings related to the August 2021 Order’s directive that Texas Eastern Transmission, LP show cause on whether its reservation credit terms and conditions are consistent with Commission policy.[3]
For this reason, I respectfully concur.
