WorkshOPP: Tips for Powerful Comments

On January 25, 2023, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) Office of Public Participation (OPP) issued a notice of the virtual workshop "WorkshOPP on Tips for Powerful Comments." The workshop video features former Commissioner James Danly and Directors from the Office of Energy Projects, the Office of Energy Market Regulation, and the Office of Energy Policy and Innovation, who share their views on the role of comments in FERC decision-making to facilitate increased and effective public participation. OPP staff also presents useful tips for writing powerful comments. The workshop video includes three question-and-answer sessions.

El 23 de febrero del 2023 la Oficina de Participación Pública (OPP) de la Comisión Reguladora de Energía Federal (Comisión) presentó el taller: Recomendaciones para escribir comentarios poderosos. En el video del taller el Comisionado James Danly, y los directores de la Oficina de Proyectos de Energía, Oficina de Regulación de Mercados de Energía y Oficina de Políticas e Innovación comparten sus observaciones sobre el rol de comentarios en el proceso de decisión de la Comisión con el fin de facilitar y aumentar participación efectiva en la gestión pública.  Personal de la OPP también presenta recomendaciones para escribir comentarios. El video incluye tres sesiones de preguntas y respuestas.
